A simple, less complicated answer would be that I have a strong ability, with years of work refining it, to pick up a frequency that connects me directly to a field of infinite information/energy. Think of a dog  whistle, humans may not be able to hear it but it's measurable and loud to senses/ears that can pick it up. 

Images come into my mind's eye like the feeling of a daydream, memory or a thought with an attached supporting emotion that allows me to translate that into human words. This is not limited to distance or any person. Everything is connected and accessible.
